2160 PPE Self-understanding Training
Assisted by 10 final year student-leaders, we provided a meaningful whole-day workshop to our 2160 students for going into the experiential exercises of self-awareness and self-development. All participants enjoyed each and every interesting and touching moment.
The student-leaders were the facilitators of the debriefing session of each challenge game. They encouraged the 2160 students to share their thoughts and feelings in groups. Clearly, through the self-reflection process and peer feedback, the 2160 students have deepened their personal understanding. Besides, the class relationship was further built. It is a “precious gift” socially created and received by the 2160 students themselves under the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which had brought extraordinary disruption to our on-site learning mode and human connection.
