1560 Batch 2017/2018 Final Fieldwork Orientation

We are glad to invite Mr. Simon Leung, Clinical Leader of The Wellness Centre (Sham Shui Po) of New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Association to be our special guest in the 17-18 Final Fieldwork Orientation for 1560 Batch held on 23rd September, 2017. Mr. Leung is
also the Supervisor of Supervision Service using the Satir Model in Hong Kong Satir Center for Human Development. The aim of the
Fieldwork Orientation is to facilitate and to enhance the capability of our Year. 4 students in applying the Satir model into their casework
while doing the fieldwork practicum. Through role-playing and discussion, students learnt some useful and handy skills to cope with
service users’ emotion. In conclusion, the orientation strengthened students’ confidence in providing professional social work in the
final placement.
